Brief de Design de Logo

We would like to have a coat of arms designed for our farm. The farm is located in southern Germany, covers approximately 15 hectares, we produce hay and keep goats in our large orchard, from which we obtain apple juice. In our large workshop we repair all machines ourselves and thus enable the use of vintage tractors and cars on our farm. Our family name is Restle.
Since we don't just want to use the coat of arms as a letterhead, we also want to paint it on our house wall if necessary and have it worked into a stone floor, so it shouldn't be too delicate.
We don't have a clear idea yet and are open to many different ideas. However, we could imagine that some of the following components are present:
- R or restle
- a tree or branches (for the orchard)
- a hay flower or grass (for hay production)
- a goat
- a wrench or gear (for the workshop)
- the year 1892 (family-owned ever since)
