Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new Taqueria in the Dallas, TX area, We serve traditional Mexican street tacos in a modern environment. We are a fast taco shop with both dine in and drive thru service. We would like a design with a cool mascot if possible, but we are open to just wording as well. We want something that pops out. We abbreviated the name from Want a Taco to Wana Taco in the efforts of being unique. We would like the color red to be incorporated. Possibly a character handing out a taco also open to unique ideas. We also like the sugar skull concept or simple concept.
