We are three partners who have created the Change Makers Factory (CMF). Two women and one man with many years of international professional experience.

Why are we creating this organization now?
Purpose:
- We have created The Change Makers Factory because the world urgently needs purpose-driven and skilled change makers, it needs people and teams who are able to build and use their talents, new tools and methods to activate others.
What is it:
- CMF trains, gathers together and supports, change makers whether they work independently, for profit or with non-profit organizations.
How do we help:
- by training, workshops, boot-camps, webinars, virtual spaces, group and individual mentoring, online community

What is a Change Maker?:
- movement maker, change facilitator, to be active, to bring to life new habits of thinking, working, living, acting, participating
- to advocate for involvement, inclusion, using physical and mental energy in new ways
- to move through difficulty
- to help others embrace the possibility of change

How do we define each word?
Change:
- The world, our environments, our own sense of self needs movement, change
- the new ways human beings can learn to act on and with this earth
- the way people contribute to and activate movement within their spheres of influence
Maker:
- to create something
- to do something concrete in the material world
- to do something tangible with ideas
- to bring something to life
Factory:
- a place where people are together, making something
- people in movement, connecting, producing with other people
- a place where people meet to use tools, processes, methods together for a common goal
- a place of learning and making that can attend large numbers of people

Tone / Feel / Aesthetics of logo:
We want the logo to be simple, clean and professional. We want clean lines with a sense of movement somewhere in the design. We don't want anything infantile. We don't want"new age" with rainbows and hearts.
We are making the "Factory" a human workspace. Transforming the idea of the oppressive factory into a creative factory. This is a place where business people, scientists, NGO teams, entrepreneurs and activists can find a common learning and sharing space.
We are also very rigorous in what we teach in the factory.
**Colors**:
We want a shade of grey or black with one other color. We were thinking of coral (deep coral-orange Pantone 17-1547 / 17-1564) from the orange family. We are also open to interesting suggestions. If there is the necessity to add another color, give it a whiz.
