Brief de Web Design

We are an exteriors company specializing in vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, aluminum soffit/fascia, trough. We do new construction work as well as renovations. We also build detached garages.
You can view our current website at www.toplinebuilders.ca
I want to completely overhaul the website.
Our services are different now as we no longer do new home construction as well as we do not do the snow clearing.
I want to focus on 2 things in particular on the website:

1/ Exterior renovations

2/ Detached Garage construction.

I have included our logo in the attached files to use as well.

Some features we would like:

1/ Be able to easily attach a video from Youtube/Vimeo to highlight a product or service
2/ Quick chat or contact button that we can talk to a potential client quickly
3/ Meet the Team page that is interesting and fresh
4/ Place for us to put in helpful exterior tips/suggestions for homeowners.

Content is not important, but looking for the best design that will attract people once they click on our page and want to renovate with us.
