Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a new logo for the Plan-les-Ouates Diving Club. <br/> We would like something more modern. The logo must have a frame (circle or other). There must be blue, yellow and red (These are the colors of the town that you will find on the badge that I put in the attachment). There must be a reference to the commune (the shield of the commune can be stylized). Obviously there must be a plunger, you can use the one in the attached image or another, but it must be modern and stylish. There must be the email address (www.plongeplo.ch) and the name of the club. I put an image which is an idea of what we are looking for (the logo in the circle). I also attached an image of the badge of the town that you can style and integrate as you want in the logo. I also attached an image of the diver which is the old logo. You can use the same diver or another but modern one. The fonts must be modern and attractive. We are a young and dynamic diving club, no need to look too professional. The logo must make new members want to come and join our diving club. We want to modernize our image in order to attract young and motivated members. <br/> We are a young and dynamic diving club, no need to look too professional.
