Brief de Design de Logo

Im looking for a high quality design that i can print onto many diffrent surfaces (marquee walls, banners, business cards). The name of the business is 'Joe's Smokehouse' and I sell premium smoked meats at various markets in Queensland Australia. i was thinking of a dark theme design, possibly black and gold as per refrence photo's. files must either be in 4k quality or much prefered, vector format, so i can resise the design for diffrent applications. the only requirement of the design is that it must include the name of the business 'Joe's Smokehouse' and the byline 'premium smoked meats'.

attached are some refrence photos for design plus an exremly basic mock-up, your final design does not have to look anything like the mock-up.

a netural background of a smokey aesthetic similar to the one in the refrence photos would be appreciated aswell.
