design only? or coding included?

You are asking a full functional eCommerce website in 140AUD - Design Crowd service charge?
Don't you think this is ridiculous?
The budget mentioned here is fair for home page design only.
If you really want a prepositional design and then functional website you have to increase budget at least 750-850 USD where content and product uploading cost is separate issue.

We can provide home page design only for this current project.
