Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a logo design for a fairly new (1 year old) family business. We're usually in farmer's markets and festival venues and are upgrading from a food tent to a food truck! We specialize in making hand rolled egg rolls, with an emphasis on freshness, quality, and authentic flavors! We also make other dishes that are Asian inspired: spring rolls, angel wings, sticky rice, Hmong sausage, pho, fried rice, etc. My food truck will be red so design colors should work well with a red background. The final design should communicate a uniqueness in the the quality and authenticity of foods we prepare and have a look that's modern and clean.
