Brief de Design de Logo

We are a heating, cooling , and home services company. Our name is a bit odd in that it does not describe what we do, BUT, it has become somewhat well known among existing customers, And, because it is such an odd name, people tend to remember it. We provide service for heating, cooling, and we also build homes and remodel homes. Would like logo files that I can use in different settings. For example, Would like the logo for the name separate, and then have something that shows the heating and cooling aspect. And another that might show the building aspect. Maybe icons under the name that have a symbol for heat (sun/flame) cool (snowflake), building (roofline shape?)
