Could you upload some photos of the room, so we can give you more accurate rendering.

Please reference the blueprint drawing titled "pool and exercise room layout". This has the room dimensions. Before combining the rooms together, the exercise room was 13' 1" x 10' 1 7/8" and the pool room was 13' 1" x 13' 1". When combined, removing the center wall, the total space is 23' 8 3/8" x 13' 1".

I have asked the framers not to build the wall between the room, but there is a plumbing pipe (as highlighted on the photo in yellow) that runs 40.5 inches out from the outside wall and is 6 inches high. It'll be important to design something that hides this pipe. It could be a cabinet, short wall, or tall wall.
