Brief de Design de Pochette de CD
I need a design for my cd package. My song (mp3 file attached) is a jazz interpretation of “Sweet Seasons” (a hit song from 1972 by Carole King). I’d like the design to be elegant and embody the spirit of my music. I ask that DesignCrowd artists refrain from using any art that is either copy-written or available for a fee/license only. Using photography, illustrations, drawing, etc. that is 100% license-free is okay.
I will be sending my artwork files to folks at a company called New England Compact Disc. I want to send them artwork for producing a Mini Jacket of 100 compact discs (http://www.newenglandcd.com/packaging/wallet.php).

I am posting an update. I should probably give you designers a little more direction. A landscape design seems obvious and would be totally fitting. But I'd prefer the emphasis to be on my writing and arranging. Therefore, could you try to focus on that? It's still OK to have landscape imagery. I am definitely in favor of you using an illustration of a piano or keyboard because I play piano. If you want to use additional images of other instruments, please make them less prominent than the keyboard image and use only the instruments in my song (acoustic guitar, bass guitar, drums). I make these suggestions because I want the design to be harmonious with my music.

- (3) credit given to the songwriters, who are Carole King and Toni Stern
- (4) the copyright symbol, followed by "1972" signifying the year of publication, followed by the name of the publishing company, which is Colgems EMI Music, Inc.
- (5) credit to "Ben Anderson, Jr." as the arranger. Please include the copyright symbol, followed by "2020" signifying the year of publication, followed by my publishing info, which is "Ben Anderson Music, Inc. (BMI)"
- For the on-disc design, I would like you to incorporate #1, #2, and #5 above.

- Currently, I am working on an arrangement of "Here Comes the Sun" by The Beatles. If the design could have a theme that ties together "Sweet Seasons" and "Here Comes the Sun," it would be great. Down the road, I might want to modify today's design to accommodate both songs.
