Have you ever considered to give your brand the opportunity to be redesigned and not just apply an easy font change?
If the answer is yes, THEN, this is unacceptable (logo winner) because you asked for something professional and not a downloaded logo from free vectors and totally out of the industry you are in...
Really, think about this. Maybe your logo needs true redesign and vision, NOT DOWNLOADED GENERIC stuff....
The person who gave you the SAME design is not DESIGNER, ask everyone who worked in your project here.
