Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design to use for business cards, stationary, and a website. I run a one-person science-based consulting company for the Canadian pharmaceutical industry (operating in the GTA). I am re-branding after 20 years of consulting with other partners. The new business name is 'Athena Research' - evoking the patron of wisdom, strategy, fair justice and mathematics to represent a one-woman operation. My work relates to the cost-effectiveness of new drugs - assessing the value of medicines by understanding their health outcomes as well as the costs (or savings) that accrue from their use. Beyond the math, my services help companies to understand how the science of their drug research combines with the realities of drug funding in order to strategize appropriately. I start with science, then think bigger picture. I want to communicate scientific integrity and smart strategic thinking. I want the primary colour to be a blue-toned purple. Simple is good. No owls please.
