Brief de Design de T-shirt

We would like to create a T shirt to celebrate the accomplishments of rowing athletes who are able to row 2 kilometers on an indoor rower in under 7 minutes. Many of the athletes are posting on social media celebrating their accomplishments. They post a screen shot of the monitor of the rowing machine with their age and weight. The photo shows the output of a monitor for someone who has finished in < 7 minutes. The PDF gives you an idea what the activity looks like.
