Brief de Design de Logo

Need a new logo design for a growing CPA firm, Bregante + Company LLP, that has also been around for a long time, since 1976. We currently have three offices in the greater bay area, including San Francisco, Novato and Pleasanton. We forge long term partnerships with out clients and network contacts; a large emphasis on building and sustaining relationships. We also like to emphasize a full cycle (full circle) of services that can help a start up business all the way to a billion dollar corporation.<br/>Our company strives to deliver quality client service and a better quality of life to our employees. Our employees are our number one asset. <br/>The company is also in the midst of a new transition of ownership/leadership, which is a younger, newer generation of people. We have a very diverse work force, and our 65% female.<br/><br/>I'd like to see a variety of logo designs, but would like to end up describing the final logo as: modern yet traditional, powerful and professional, but also simple.<br/><br/>For this logo redesign, I need it to be variable in formats and also the overall presentation. Our legal name is Bregante + Company LLP, but internally we typically go by B+Co or BCo (pronounced "be" "co). The "+" sign has been part of our insignia for many years, so would like to see this retained in a new logo.<br/><br/>Our company tagline is "Building Service Partnerships" and may be incorporated into logos as well.<br/><br/>As for colors, our traditional colors are a dark navy blue and gold. I would like to see the blue & gold/yellow theme continue. I'm open to very bright and modern colors as well, like a bright blue and a fluorescent yellow type scheme.
