Brief de Design de Papeterie

I need a folder to put papers in when I am scheduling patients for surgery. The information is general, such as costs, consent forms etc. The folder is designed to give the patient these papers in a neat manner. The cover of the folder needs to use my brand and perhaps create some interest when it is sitting on their kitchen bench with visitors and family. I'll attach a typical template for a folder. It needs to be stylish, classic and professional, as I am about to operate on the person's eye. <br/>I would like my logo included. I'll also attach a photo which is on my website which might work to wrap around the folder. The website address is tomcunneen.com.au and you can see the way the image is used there on most of the pages as a banner. My profile photo could possibly used as well. Perhaps on the back, but if it looks strange then that is not necessary. The contact information need not be on the folder. Just Dr Tom Cunneen, Ophthalmic Surgeon. Finally, our brand slogan is. "The world's a beautiful place, see it clearly". This could also be on it. Again, this all needs to be professional looking. <br/>I've attached all our previous design jobs, 2 profile pictures, and the image that I think would work. Please also look at the website. <br/><br/>The second part of the project is to create a business card for my practice manager. Her name is Andrea Dailly<br/>It should include<br/>Andrea Dailly (BCom)<br/>Practice Manager for Dr Tom Cunneen<br/>Ophthalmic Surgeon <br/><br/>Then all the details which are on our current business card<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>
