Brief de Design de Logo

Hi! I have been in business for years, but I have to change my name in order to trademark it and therefore need a new logo. My current name is Arty Party, but the new name is Rainbow Factory. Please see my website www.artypartyfun.com. I designed my current logo, but I want something more professional for the new name. We are an event entertainment business. We provide face painting, balloon twisting, etc for birthday parties and corporate events. Although the name is childlike, I want the logo to also have a sophisticated look... so it's not too childish. <br/><br/>Here is a short list of requirements:<br/>- sophisticated and playful at the same time (I love clever logos!)<br/>- also looks great in black and white.<br/>- looks great in square/round format for profile photos on social media. (or easily modified to be so). I can modify in Illustrator.<br/>- needs to look great on black background as well as white. My website it white, but my promo materials are black. <br/>- I love my current colors, but I'm not absolutely married to them. <br/><br/>Thank you!
