Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our company FlushCo. We are product designers creating and selling novelty office products like mugs and desk items. Our product themes will be playful, yet refined, kind of like upscale potty humor. The logo will need to be easy enough to read on a mug as well as a stapler or T-shirt. Our products will be funny in nature, but don't want them to be over offensive, more of a nod to an inside joke.
