Survey App Brief<br/>Design For an Android Survey App for users' feedback on Call, SMS, Data and Streaming Experience on their Mobile phones.<br/><br/>Purpose of the App<br/>To ensure that the user's experience is not impacted by the network switching between two network on the special mobile phones they newly started using.<br/><br/>App Requirements:<br/>First screen: The registration screen, where the user needs to enter the following:<br/>Name: text box<br/>Phone Number: text box<br/>Group Number : <br/><br/>An information text:<br/>By Registering I agree to participate in the Survey.<br/><br/>Register: Button<br/><br/>Start Screen - Survey screens (next time user open the App this will be the first screen):<br/>We need feedback for 4 indicators:<br/>Call Experience<br/>SMS Experience<br/>Data Experience<br/>Streaming Experience<br/><br/>Each Experience can be in the form of a questionnaire or Satisfied/ Somewhat Satisfied / Extremely Satisfied form with radio buttons or on a scale of 1 to 5. We need to ensure that the format used is very professional.<br/><br/>An optional text box for the user to enter the comment in a free format.<br/><br/>This can be done in 4 different screens or in one single screen if it does not give a clumsy look.<br/><br/>A Send button at the end to submit the Survey.<br/><br/>We need a burger menu at the top left corner of this screen, which when expanded will provide 5 options:<br/>Edit User Profile<br/>Survey interval Timer<br/>FAQ<br/>Exit<br/>About<br/><br/><br/>Please ensure that the app is simple, friendly, lively and professional at the same time so that it ignites an interest in the user to use the app.<br/>Use Logo as appropriate.
