Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a BBQ business in Texas called Big Daddy Karne. We cook Tex-Mex style BBQ the traditional way of using Texas style firewood and off-set smoke. The name Big Daddy Karne was developed to properly represent the passion the owner of the company has for both BBQ style food and Hip-Hop music. We would like to see a unique design that incorporates a Cow's head & shoulders that's wearing a bold, gold chain and gold finger rings with a rustic style background. On the finger rings we would like the right hand to read "Big" and the left hand to read "Daddy" and the gold chain to read "Karne." Underneath that we would like a text that reads "Tex-Mex BBQ." We are looking for a university red color for the font and a black background. I have attached some documents of some previous draft ideas to help with this visual. In the first document attached, we are looking for the rustic background and color scheme of image 1 combined with the cow's head of image 3. In the second document there is a picture of hip-hop artist Big Daddy Kane holding up his finger rings to help visualize the kind of jewelry we are wanting included.
