Brief de Design de Logo

I want to design a logo for the Performance and Racing division of my shop. I want the logo to include (incorporate) our existing logo but differentiate the performance and racing division from the rest of the business. I would prefer to see the logo horizontally designed so it could be printed on the side of a race car, or above the windshield of a race car. So have it say something like "The Shop - Performance and Racing" or something like that.
