Hi, please provide more details about the content of the banners (slogans / text messages / tag lines) and animated files specs (maximum file size, frames per second, etc.).

the winner submitted a static design and requesting an extra budget to make it a GIF? is this allowed? it is unfair for us who submitted a dynamic files already since it was specified in the project brief
