Brief de Design de Logo

Need assistance to create a new high end label. The Company is a high end Building Firm of luxury homes. we are currently Builders and have been for many years but want to split the existing company to add an exclusive "Francis William" label/range.
I like the idea of a traditional style Crest being incorporated. colours are gold, black and a hint of dark blue. refer to the attached examples.
