Brief de Web Design

I need a web design for a start up project called Qibbu based in Sydney. Its a social news website. it helps people to get centralized news and people can have their own profiles where they can post there thoughts and comments and it will be free to signup and usage as well.

I would like to see designs that use the latest twitter bootstrap framework and are mobile compatible. only need 2 pages a home page kind of similar to
digg (http://digg.com/) and a profile that's a next gen user profile page I will leave that to you imaginations
