Brief de Design de Logo

Professional, classic, modern logo for a commercial real estate company. We have had a logo that I will attach but it is outdated and boring. We love the color navy blue. I have also attached A design I like (the font especially). I also like the look of a monogram with a large S in the middle with T and G on the sides. It must be noticeable and clear to read on large signage.

• I attached a picture with a circle around the logo. I like the idea of using the word "Sharpe" as the standout point and underneath would be "The Sharpe Group" both of which are then enclosed in a shape. Or using "TSG" as the standout point with "The Sharpe Group" underneath. I love the fonts used in all the pictures I uploaded.
