Brief de Design de Logo

I need logo design for small start-up tea business based in Antigua in the Caribbean. The name i want to use for the business is, "Rebel House Brewers".

My concept for design is to incorporate the following ideas/thoughts:

1. Setting for the logo is based on traditional way of brewing tea in in Antigua, using traditional methods and cookware (coal pot, copper pots, clay pots and wooden spoon etc.)
2. Logo back ground should be simple and elegant. Using natural and or tropical colors (Black, Brown, Green, purple, maroon, red etc).
3. The logo should show some team brewing in the pot.
4. I am looking for a design that is simple, elegant and one which could hopefully portray the message.
5. The brand name "Rebel House Brewers" could be written around the image or horizontally below the image.
