Its not bad. Might be a tiny bit busy for a lure head. On the main page I have added a couple of pictures of a brands current designs on their lure heads to give the right idea.
Also I have put a marlin on the pictures. Is it possible to see what the outline of that looks like in silver on the black circle?

Heaps of the designs I'm getting have the same marlin off Google.
They look good but something not so common might jump out at me a bit more
