Brief de Design de T-shirt

I own a vacation rental cabin in Red River New Mexico. The name of the cabin is “Valley of the Pines Chalet”. I’m looking to start some merch for guests to purchase that will also serve as advertisement for the cabin. I’d love for it to encompass the culture of New Mexico and its outdoors culture; hiking, hunting, fishing, skiing, and off-roading. I’ve provided a photo of the cabin and a style of tshirt I like for inspiration. I like that the tshirt design could double as a patch for caps and other uses. I don’t know if it could be pulled off, but maybe incorporate a cartoonish version of the home and landscape with the sunset like you see in the tshirt design provided?
