Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new business logo to reflect the direction I want to take the business to


The business was established in 2007 and has increased year on year based upon the energy, colour and enthusiasm we bring to development and learning. Whilst it is only myself as an employed member, we use many other trainers and facilitators to run our courses which means we can accommodate most organisational needs- I like to consider us a one stop shop for learning and development. Key to the success of the company is the customer service element; I never provide an ‘off the shelf solution’- each solution is crafted and designed based wholly on the client needs through training needs analysis and a comprehensive understanding of the business I am supporting, and we like to be ‘easy to do business with’.

We work with a multitude of industries, from Construction to finance, from public sectors to retail- any industry that requires their people to be the best they can. Recently, we have engaged in working with Women in business to support the 30% club to improve gender diversity levels in workplaces and boardrooms. I am an accredited coach, trainer and seminar speaker and work with individuals, teams and/or audiences of 100+.

I am seeking to continue with working these types of industries, with a new angle of bringing in mindfulness, and both physical and mental health awareness into our training.

The name Purple Training Ltd needs to remain as it is well known, however the look and feel of the logo needs to reflect a more modern business; you can see the ‘Rubik’s cube’ on the bottom of this email is currently the company logo- it was created to demonstrate that we can bring colour and energy to complex ( and often dull) solutions- training doesn’t need to be dull, grey and boring to be effective! But, I have out grown it, and the new logo will need to work within the new look of the website which is currently being built. You can look at the existing website, but it is so far from what it will be, I really do not want my new logo to reflect anything from it- you can see some of the services we provide, but again that is set to dramatically change.

Some of the courses we provide are Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Management, Train the Trainer, Presentation skills, Confidence, Assertiveness, Change Management, Resilience, amongst others.

I guess with the name being a colour, we should look to incorporate purple as a theme, other than that I am open to suggestions- I am a particularly energetic, slightly off the wall individual and my training style reflects that, so I would like a logo that complements me- calm and sedate is not what I am about!
