Need a new Homepage for an existing website with Action Items and Newer Pictures
This is the current Website

This new page will be changed on Jan 21st when Voting begins
1. Voting like a political campaign where we are trying to raise awareness for the issues we stand for and urge the people to go to a Polling /voting website and vote for us (Slate 11)
2. We have 6 basic themes as to what we stand for - there will be text to promote their importance of voting/call to action
3. There will be videos on the website and there will be a simulation of how the voting process works - will be added later

Use colors like the US Flag - Red, White and Blue. The other pages don't need to be changed - only the HomePage.

I only need the design, I will code the website. Thank you
