I need a logo for a young & creative real estate company. We buy old apartments & buildings, refurbish and modernize them with creative ideas to match a premium level and then resell.
COMPANY MISSION:
Hyggendahl company was founded in late 2019. Our mission is to upgrade old and unrenovated apartments to premium living space by restructuring, renovating and modernizing properties. We’re specifically passionate about those hidden gems like apartments from the 1960’s to 70’s or commercial buildings in the South Germany region. Seeing those old properties rise from zero to hero with our help is the very drive of our business. Our USP is the high-level design upgrade for each apartment - including furniture, lighting and smart home accessories which we incorporate into our real estate projects.
BACKGROUND:
As a modern and young company, we combine the experience of several years of private investor activity with various refurbishment projects as well as a broad network of competent partners. Due to our focus on locations with strong, positive development in South Germany, our investors benefit from excellent returns with very low risk.
TARGET GROUP:
Clients: families and couples buying their first own home fully renovated. Age: 28-45, some with kids some without, middle-class to upper-class social status
Investors: capital investors who want to invest their money in a safe real estate haven and get some significant value increase over time. Normally senior employes in tech companies, physicians or engineers older than 35 years who have some 50-100.000 € to invest in property
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT VISION:
We plan to develop into a larger real estate developing company with a yearly turnover of 20-30 million Euro and around 100-200 apartments which we rent out and collect rent.
DESIGN LANGUAGE:
Our design is clearly influenced by German Bauhaus simplistic style as well as modern Scandinavian furniture and architecture.
