Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design (and color palette) for a new IT Consultancy, based in the Netherlands. Yoink is focussing on young, eager talents which have the desire to develop themselves quickly in the Software Development area. Things important to us are: fun, education (training and coaching) and making the world a better, greener, more fun place to live. <br/><br/>We would like to see designs that feature the name of the company: Yoink. An exclamation mark behind it may optionally be included. Some things we hope to communicate with the new logo are:<br/> * We are a fun company to work for, employees come first<br/> * We stimulate our employees to grow to the best of their potential<br/> * We teach beyond our own, (knowledge is the only thing in the world that grows when it's shared)<br/> * The planet we live on is important and this is reflected in company policy, selection of clients and projects. For example, we don't offer lease-cars, but lease-bicycles and our CEO goes virtually everywhere on his bicycle.<br/><br/>We are a part of OpenValue group, so inspiration may be taken from www.openvalue.nl, but this is not required. We would however like to have 2 variants of a logo, one with just the Yoink name and one with a subscript "part of OpenValue".<br/>
