Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed for our new coffee shop and bakery. we will have sorced speciality coffee and teas and will also be baking artisan bread and many sweet and some savory treats.
Our aim is for the shop to be laid out like a french patisserie selling high end quality products so that should be reflected in the logo.
The logo neds to be represented on large menu boards but also be able to be reduced down to coffee cup size.
The colours we are working with are duck egg blue, yellow and brown, but these are not set in stone if you think they can be improved upon.
If possible I would like to stay away from the steaming coffee cup everyone seems to have.
The final design should be clear, comforting, appitizing, welcoming and unforgetable.
I must apoligise for my spelling (I bake better than I spell).
