Brief de Design de Logo

Company Name is PierFund

Type is a Lending company. Lending on real estate assets. It is hard money or private money loans and will be used for investors. We will not be lending on primary/owner occupied homes. The investors will be buying flips, rentals or wholesales.

Colors - we like black, white, and gray combos. To me it conveys sharp, sophisticated, and timeless. Something along those lines. I assume that the colors are easily interchangeable? Blue would also be acceptable but we'd really like to see some cool ideas using something in the grayscale spectrum.

Recommendations: A pier or bridge perhaps. The idea behind the company is to be a bridge for peoples financial needs. We want a logo that shows that we are as firm as a pier, and someone they can rely on, and also that we can be seen as a BRIDGE to our customers financials goals. But also want a simple, not over complicated or busy logo.

Brand Mark, Combination mark, emblem logo are my preference. I don't know for sure, maybe two of each? But more than all, we just want a good, not tacky looking logo. Needs to show confidence and look high end as we are dealing with investors.
