Brief de Design de Logo

We wish to obtain a logo for our new property management and design company, Blue Dresden. The company will utilize the website, www.bluedresden,com. The company will utilize the construction services of its sister company, The Blue River Group, to build or revitalize rental properties to hold and list on AirBnB and VRBO. In addition, it will provide property management services to other's properties. The name of the company is derived from a combination of Blue River (the company that it has grown out of) as well as Dresden, Germany where the family of several of the founders came to the United States from. We wish the logo to TIE TOGETHER all three parts of the founding of Blue Dresden (Blue River - logo attached, The Elbe River of Dresden - picture attached, and Fern Hollow Cottage - the first property that will be part of Blue Dresden) We do not have colors selected for the logo, but wish it to tie together previously selected logo colors. We would be looking for deliverables to incorporate both PDF’s of the logo in color, black on white and white on black as well as vector EPS, and AI files of the logo. In addition, we will need separate files in each version of the logo and the icon separately. We will also need versions of each for use facebook as well as other social media outlets. Finally, we will need horizontal, as well as vertical versions of the logo. Both versions should be presented in the competition.
