Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a boutique motel in the Bay of Islands, Paihia in New Zealand. Please see attached photos for the quality of accommodation we provide. We are close to the beach so would like the design to incorporate the color blue for the ocean. We are also close to Waitangi so perhaps a Māori design. once we have a logo/design we will also require business cards. We would like the font changed as well. Show us what you can do!
