We are not looking for a totally dark design. Some dark could be OK. Several of the designs look too close to the original screenshot. And several look like many other applications and do not stand out as premium or as significantly noticeable in having a better or more polished design. My goal here is to provide direction, not to discourage.

Do you have any references to draw inspiration from?

Your design with the gray navigation panel is the better of the three. There is not anything in the various widgets or icons or layout that stands out but the color scheme is good.

Your design is OK. The majority of it is a bit too bland. It needs something to make it stand out.

I was hoping that you would have inspiration from your experience. I am not a designer.

Your colors are too neon like for a corporate UI. The color scheme on the right side panels are better for corporate use. The layout in the top right had side form that put the header inside the main box is good (the one with the red and purple background).
