Brief de Design de Logo

We are creating a logo for this new festival. It should be garden and flower in nature. Logo will be scalable to fit on a 4' x 8' banner as well as all advertising. The logo should be horizontal. It should be bright and "spring" looking. Copy of old logo attached. Need something more creative and eye-catching. Definitely need it to have a flower theme.
