Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new business called 'Luxe Limos Warrnambool'
I envisage the outline of a faceted diamond with the words over the top or cutting through the diamond. All of this will be in silver which we will then place on black business cards, marketing materials ect. We would also like a watermark logo that can be placed on pictures. For the text we would like a block style writing (no calligraphy).
