Brief de Design de Tatouage

Hi, I am looking for designers to offer creative variations on an already completed tattoo design. The design has to feature block lettering of TJK (my son's initials) using 115 hash-marks or lines in order to commemorate the 115 days my son spent in the hospital NICU after he was born fifteen weeks early at one pound eleven ounces. It can also include his birthdate of 6 -10-18 and other features that highlight his difficult birth and hospital stay. The file attached to this brief is close to want I want and should give artists a good starting point, but I am looking to see if any designers can enhance or offer a better variation of this previously winning design.
