Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new online service to link Mature Professionals with companies looking for Professional services (IT, Accounting, Marketing, Digital etc.). The company will combine some recruitment with networking services. Words the brand needs to represent in order of priority: Trusted, Professional, Modern, Open, Forthright, Honest, Leading Edge (contemporary), the site itself will have a network theme. Initially we'll just have a web landing page with some information but we'll be creating a bunch of services and the "look" will need to be contemporary. Preferred colour is orange but open to other ideas.
