Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo I can use on business cards, letterhead, invoices, etc. I'd like a logo that can stand on it's own (watermark-esque) as well as be used with the words Richardson Talent Solutions. I envision the "logo" at the top of an invoice or one side of a business card, but would want to be able to pair it with the verbiage as well to be more telling.<br/><br/>I opened a single-shingle consulting firm focused on the full talent ecosystem providing solutions for both large multi-nationals (Fortune 50-type companies) and silicone valley-type start ups. I specialize in talent (employee) processes, leadership models, executive coaching, succession planning (including CEO succession) and executive assessments. <br/><br/>I founded the business on the principle that together we are better ... as one employee grows and improves, so does the organization and its people. Focusing on the organization's collective gain creates a tangible and sustainable competitive advantage and allows companies and their people to reach their full potential.<br/><br/>My hourly rate is relatively high so I want to portray a high end / level of excellence feel (without being stuffy). I envision a strong foundation (corporate appeal) with a modern edge (clean lines, fresh colors and fonts). I will work with the Chief Human Resource Officer, CEO and Board of Directors. <br/><br/>I am a woman so would like to see a very mild female flair - I'm not the curly cue pink glitter type, but I also don't want navy blue with sharp edges. I am drawn to greens and grays and also like orange fan but am not married to those colors. I am based on the west coast of the US but will do business across the world.<br/><br/>
