Brief de Design de Logo
The Geneva veterinary society (SGV) brings together the veterinarians of the canton of Geneva (20 cabinets) This company aims to organize the emergency service of the canton of Geneva, but also to express its opinion to the authorities of the territory, promote exchanges between members, and to better inform the population. The members of the SGV organize a guard service or emergency veterinary evening from 8pm to 8am and the weekend 24/24 when all the cabinets are closed. The guard takes place every day in a different cabinet but all in the canton of Geneva. Recently 24-hour veterinary clinics have been established in the canton and in France competing with SGV's guard service. Emergency department attendance fell with a negative impact on realized income (estimated at -30, -40%). In order to reposition itself, the SGV will create an independent company "Geneva Veterinary Emergencies Network" responsible for boosting its day care service. The Geneva Veterinary Emergency Network is looking for a visual identity. The new logo must be able to testify of its local Geneva anchorage (use of the red / yellow or a Geneva symbol such as the jet of water, the geography of the canton, the blazon, ...) and especially to illustrate the notion of network, exchange between veterinarians for the good of the patient: transmission of consultation reports ... The logo must illustrate this notion of a unique network for the canton. The new logo will easily be able to coexist with the logos of the existing cabinets and possibly will be able to supplement those there. It will be used for advertising (color and black and white) printed, digital and affixed on storefronts and business card. Ideally this logo will not use acronyms, must highlight veterinary emergencies and the network of our 20 cabinets. This logo should be able to be used as a "label" next to our respective logos, (a bit like the AOP, the trade etc, to hear us) so just a writing and a frame, that we can also put on our doors, business cards etc. Eventually we would have a more complete logo, with an image for example, for the website, and use as label a reduced version but always with the same font and set of colors.
