I am looking for more of a logo mark with the name of the company underneath or separate from the logo. I seem to be getting just a lot of variations of the lettering only which is not what I am after. In addition I want to avoid traditional real estate elements like houses, buildings, keys, etc as they are over used in real estate logos. Want a bold logo with color contrast.

I would love to see a couple of designs with the T in street designed out to be part of the logo. Maybe an abstract design to look like street sign with arrow pointing to the right or just abstract looking street sign. Check [Non image link removed]for inspiration. Would want the T to be different color from the logo and also be able to stand alone as the logo. This is just an idea that I am curious to see how it would look.
