Brief de Design de Logo

Our long established janitorial service company (Advanced Maintenance Solutions) is now launching a brand new division and 2nd website shortly, which will be called All Things Janitorial. This is going to be an e-commerce website where we'll sell cleaning products, equipment, paper and soap consumables to other businesses. We need a logo for this new 2nd website. Our existing website will have a link to the new division and vice-versa.
If you want inspiration, look at our existing logo and website for our janitorial business. The new logo design should visually complement our existing janitorial business logo and website, as well as colors, but not necessarily match - its a whole new division, right?
