I'm interested in the project but can you provide some more details regarding the size of the catalogue, total number of pages, content (text and images), is it a product catalogue or any other information will also be part of it, etc.

is this contest for the concept design or you actually expect a full catalog for the award price of $150? if it's for the concept the price seems fair, but a full-page catalog with 20 pages or more the price is just wrong. If you're looking at a catalog with the same quality and design as the ones mentioned you have to pay accordingly, Please don't nickel and dime designers work. You should get really great designs once you break the $500 award price.
