Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a company named "The Vinci Design & Build"
The details are below:

Company:
The Company does Constructions and Home Renovations, It designs homes and builds homes as well. It buys houses and renovates them and then sells them.

The logo:
1) the logo will have colors as shown in attachment. It will use the color #F58220 (R: 245, B: 130: B: 32). The logo will be this color and white. Black or grey (one or the other, not both) can be used if necessary. (See attached picture)
2) [see attached picture] in the logo "the" will be small somewhere (Meaning small font, small does not mean non capital, it means small in size/font), "Vinci" will be big (bigger font), and "Design & Build" are optional. The "Design & Build" don't have to be in the logo, but if it makes the logo look better then they can be in there.
3) Need a simple design. Simplistic, yet branding and unique. Nothing too busy, Can be a letter symbol, but has to be unique, can be an abstract design but has to show something with renovations or homes or construction. Again, we want branding
4) Need something that will be like a brand, so a logo that will be unique and will stick in the mind.
5) Don't want anything that is too busy or has too many things in it, or too crowded.
6) Don't want logos with those 2 and 3 roofs side by side making a house. Nothing with a hammer. (see attached picture)
7) Please no use of Ribbon type letters for logo, these are way too common.

Want simplicity, unique, branding.

Logo should feel like a trustworty construction & renovation brand.
