URGENT
A recent WordPress update has bricked my site and I am unable to access my WordPress dashboard and access to the site itself is limited. I can't code so I have decided to go with a complete ground up redesign of my website and therefore will require the designer to be able to not only fix my coding problems, but also create a unique theme for my site.

I need my dashboard controls restored and my site fixed. Please create a unique theme using my current website as conceptual guide. I sell pepper relish and that is my main focus. I have additional products only as a way to help my customers reach free shipping. I need this website to follow this focused idea while also not boxing myself in. I would like the design of my website to match the design of my Savory Specialties logo which I will include. I will include all photos I currently have on my site, but I need the ability to add content

I am looking for a "old timey" look similar to the look of my logo.

I use Paypal to receive payments and therefore will require an integrated Paypal shopping cart with appropriate buttons for cart access as well as add to cart buttons. I would like my customers to have the ability to give me special directions when checking out as well a coupon/discount option. I would like to have % and $ off coupon options.

I need a page for customers to easily leave reviews with a small live feed of the reviews on the side of the homepage.

I will need full access to website and its functions via the WordPress dashboard. As of right now I am unable to access my WordPress dashboard at all. I have access to my site files through cPanel, but I don't know what I am doing.
