Organic Rx needs labels designed for CBD and skincare product packaging. The package will have to follow the rules for Good Manufacturing Practices labeling requirements for lotion, you can google this.

For the Boston bottle label -
1. For CBD tinctures there are special requirements, the FRONT of the label will need to include:
- Organic Rx
- I would like the Organic Rx label to be larger than the rest of the titles
- Full Spectrum Hemp Extract
- UDSA Organic label
- 1 oz / 30 ml and 20mg/mL
- less than .3% THC

Back of Label should include:
- room for a QR code or bar code
- website and address for company
- Recycling symbol, made in the USA, and Gluten Free logos
- Follow Us: Facebook Symbol, Instagram Logo, and Twitter Logo
- disclaimer area on back of package (part of requirements) left side "This product has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition."
- Supplement Facts Box matching attached example
- Above Supplement Facts box on back label it should have:
Active Ingredients: Hemp Extract
Inactive Ingredients: MCT Fractionated Coconut Oil
Suggested Use: Take one to two capsules per day or as directed by your physician.

Example versions of labels with requirements met are attached.

2. One with simply the Organic Rx design label for other shaped products and for non CBD products in the Boston bottle.

The labels will be for Boston bottles 1oz/30ml and 2oz/60ml as well as various lotion and skin care products containers. We would like various versions for different size and shaped products if possible or editable version.

Name will be Organic Rx - the label should illustrate organic, green, plant based ingredients.

Would be open to label with plants or some type of organic looking logo or I would be open to going in the direction of an antique looking label on brown kraft labels.
