Brief de Design de Logo

Need attached logo updated. Too busy - needs to be simplified. We are a non-profit community charity located in a farming community but do not want to overemphasize "farming." The clock tower shown is iconic for our area and should be retained with maybe one kind of agricultural-related symbol. We are flexible on colors - not tied to the existing scheme. We realize the logo text is long so the text can be under the logo itself. The initials in the logo "TCF" should not be in the logo.
